Property company based in Fulda

We grow fast – with real estate that has a future.

Kamberi Capital acquires commercial and residential properties as well as residential investment properties with apartment structures – building a fast-growing portfolio.

We decide directly and efficiently: short routes, clear responsibilities, entrepreneurial pace – even in complex transactions.

Positioning

We decide fast – and grow consistently.

Capital, decision-making and responsibility lie with Kamberi Capital itself. That makes us fast: short coordination paths, binding commitments, no committee reservations.

We buy for our own portfolio – not for a quick resale. That gives sellers certainty and us the freedom to grow decisively.

Every property is a step in building an efficiently managed, growing portfolio.

Investment approach

Spot opportunities. Develop efficiently.

We see value where others hesitate.

We invest specifically in properties with development potential – by location, use and economic outlook. It is not today’s condition that counts, but what can become of it.

What matters is the outlook – and the pace at which we realise it: lettability, space and development potential, a viable future.

Property types

  • Commercial properties

Office, production, logistics, retail and business properties as well as mixed-use commercial properties.

  • Residential properties

Apartment buildings, residential and commercial buildings as well as residential complexes held in our own portfolio.

  • Residential investment properties with apartment structures

Existing buildings with residential apartments, micro-apartments, staff accommodation or comparable concepts of use.

  • Mixed-use properties

Properties in which commercial and residential uses are sensibly combined.

In our own responsibility

From acquisition to asset management

Our responsibility does not end with the completion of the transaction.

After the acquisition we take on the technical, economic and operational development of the property. Refurbishment and modernisation are planned individually for each property and managed within our own structures.

The aim is not a short-term uplift for an onward sale, but a portfolio that is viable in the long term.

  1. Acquisition

Assessment of location, use, fabric and economic perspective.

  2. Development

Planning and implementation of technically and economically sensible measures.

  3. Asset management

Stabilising use, tenancies and ongoing operations.

  4. Portfolio

    Long-term holding and continuous development.

Complex transactions

The ability to act shows itself in more than straightforward situations.

Property transactions do not always run in a straight line.

Expiring financing, inconsistent ownership structures, deceased estates or operational changes place particular demands on a buyer. Kamberi Capital also examines situations of this kind.

Regional focus

Rooted in Fulda. Investing beyond the region.

Kamberi Capital's registered office is in Fulda.

Investments are examined in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as in selected markets in the Balkans.

The size or profile of a location alone is not decisive. What matters is the quality of the property, its perspective for use and the economic substance of the investment.

Are you considering the sale of a property?

We examine commercial properties, mixed-use existing properties and residential investment properties with apartment structures.

Refurbishment requirements, vacancy or a complex transaction situation do not in principle rule out an acquisition.

For an initial assessment, the key details on the property and the intended transaction are sufficient.
